north of Edmonton.
June/July 2012: 100 Dresses for Fort Simpson, as part of the
Open Sky Festival, Open Sky Society, Fort Simpson NT
April 2012: Scavenger, a show of small raven paintings and other
works sorting through grieving my Dad's death
Current:
Visiting galleries in Montreal and Vancouver. I told some stories
and riddles in my sister's classroom in Burlington, ON
Recent Past:
Held an "art dispersal" at my Mom's house in Peterborough, to
clear out early work in storage, as my Mom will likely be moving
soon. Thanks to everyone who came out.
Also sorted through my papers, which will be set to the Yukon
Archives. So if you want to look through my old sketchbooks or
poems, you can.
The Cadence Cycle Seasonal Gallery at the bike shop did better
for sales this year than last year, Nov 17 to Dec 23, 2011. I'm
thinking I'll likely do it again next year. 100 small works, $100 or
less.
Get There From Here closed its first exhibition at the Yukon Arts
Centre Dec. 21. It was great to figure out how it will be installed,
and I'm very excited to bring it to other galleries, starting in St.
Albert.
