available paintings from fall show in Montreal
I had a great time making a conceptual landscape show to take to
the Galerie Sandra Goldie in Montreal for November 07. I just got
some of this work back.
One of the pieces was a 36-unit composite piece, all 36 1 foot
square paintings of the same mountain, Goldensides, painted
over the course of one summer, spring to fall. The pieces were
available singly or in groups. I got some back, sent some to the
Yukon Artists @ Work Gallery, and some to the 40 Mile Gold
Gallery in Dawson City. These images are of paintings I have on
hand right now, and are available from me. They cost $350 each,
and are built into a white-edged cradled panel. The numbers
beside them indicate their position in the 36-panel series. Many
of them have writing on the back, where I wrote to the mountain
before I painted it.
