May 11-31 Other roads, paintings that led up to Yukon Drives,
at Bombay Peggy's Bar in Dawson - in June these paintings will
travel over to the 40 Mile Gold Gallery in Dawson for the

Early March 2009 - 100 Dresses for a Peterborough Spring at
the Art Gallery of Peterborough, to open as part of Breaking
Ground, a group show on the contemporary landscape March
13, 2009

March 24- April 3 100 Dresses for a Calgary Spring,  St[art]
residency in Art Central. Residency culminates in an opening
April 3, coinciding with Upward Mobility, my next solo show at
the Keystone Art Gallery, Calgary
November 2008 100 Dresses for Grande Prairie, Grande Prairie
Alberta, through the Prairie Art Gallery
August 14, Shadow, at the 40 Mile Gold Gallery, a show of my
work with sculpture and jewellery by James Kirby
End August/early September: Where else? Painting in the
Tombstones to catch the fall colour, like every year.
September trip east - painting for a week in Yellowknife,
research in the Canmore area, prep, research and conservation
work in Montreal, etc... Back home Oct. 6
April 2008 100 Dresses for a Juneau April opened April 11 and
continued through the month, at the Canvas Community Gallery
in Juneau, Alaska. Click here to see some of the dresses.
May 8 Ravens, and 100 Dresses for a Yellowknife May, opened
at the Birchwood Gallery in Yellowknife.
May 14-24 100 Dresses for Nakai's Home Grown Festival
June 1-18 100 Dresses for June's Burgeoning Brightness,
Whitehorse.
Early July I will drove to Inuvik, painting a road series depicting
the drive from Whitehorse to Inuvik, for an upcoming show at
the Odd Gallery in Dawson called Yukon Drives.
July 11-20 100 Dresses for an Inuvik July at the Great Northern
Arts Festival
Dec 10-20, 2007 100 Dresses for December's Deepening
Darkness, interactive studio residency in the Community Grotto
at the Yukon Arts Centre. You could have come out and painted
a guest dress, or just visited Nicole as she painted the 100
Dresses inspired by this darkening time in Whitehorse. Click

Jan. 7.

100 Dresses for a Dawson City August. I set up a tent and
wallspace outside the 40 mile gold gallery in Dawson City. There
I painted 100 dresses inspired by that time and place. Passers
by painted guest dresses for a small materials fee. The show
will opened at about 9 p.m. on August 16, to coincide with the
beginning of the Yukon Riverside Arts Festival.
July 20-31 and August 20-Sept 3 I painted in the Tombstones,
preparing for a show to open November 15 at the Galerie
Sandra Goldie in Montreal.
May 31-July 28: Listening to the Mountain, Art Gallery of
Algoma, Sault Ste. Marie, ON
May 31-June 30: Out in it, Loplops Art Lounge, Sault Ste.
Marie, features 38 of the 100 dresses, Yukon Landscapes, and
new paintings of Lake Superior painted at Michipocoten and Old
Woman Bay
May 12: Where Sky and Mountain Meet, Keystone Art Gallery,
Calgary
April 12 to May 7 - selections from 100 Dresses in the "Loovre" at Arts

April 14 2007  I promise to tell you a
story about an accordion player,  with Andrea
McColeman, in Juneau Alaska, at the Alaska Folk Festival.
March 19-29 2007- 100 Dresses residency at Studio 204, in the
alley parallel to Main St, behind the TD bank.
