Okay. So things in the general economy are not looking up. But I guess we
could go up from here...
Then when I talked with Daniel at the Keystone Art Gallery, he said that
Calgarians weren't so drawn to a Prairie landscape, preferring mountains.
And I got thinking about the exciting, dynamic growth-oriented spirit that
seems (to an outsider) to motivate Calgary (or at least that's one way of
looking at it,) and so dreamed up this show.
The show opened April 2 at the Keystone Art Gallery in Art Central. I also did
the 100 Dresses as part of a St[art] residency March 24 - April 1. They
opened the same night, and about 30 of the dresses remain on display at
Keystone.
